Cancellation Policy

In case the customer wishes to cancel the event or service, refunds will be subject to the following conditions:
Before starting invitation sending or service usage
  • The company has the right to deduct 10% of the total invoice amount.
  • In addition to deducting the cost of all services already provided to the customer.
  • The refundable amount — after deductions — will be processed within a maximum of (7) days.
  • After starting invitation sending or service usage
  • The company has the right to deduct 50% of the total invoice amount.
  • The refundable amount — after deductions — will be processed within a maximum of (7) days.
  • One week before the event date or after service usage
  • No refund will be issued for any paid amounts, and all obligations will remain valid.
  • Postponement Policy

    In case the customer wishes to postpone the event or service, the postponement process will be subject to the following conditions:
    Before starting invitation sending or service usage
  • The customer is allowed to postpone the event once at no additional cost.
  • After starting invitation sending or service usage
  • The customer may postpone the event once with an additional fee of 30% of the total invoice amount.
  • One week before the event date or after service usage
  • The customer may postpone the event once with an additional fee of 50% of the total invoice amount.
