Cancellation and Postponement Policy

Cancellation Policy

In case the customer wishes to cancel the service, the refund of amounts depends on the following cases:

Before
Sending the Invitations

10% will be deducted from the total invoice amount.

In addition to deducting the value of all services provided to the client.

After
Sending the Invitations

50% will be deducted from the total invoice amount.

One Week
Before the Event Date

No refund will be made from the invoice amount.

Postponement Policy

In case the customer wishes to postpone the event, the calculation of additional fees depends on the following cases:

Before
Sending the Invitations

Postponement is allowed without any additional fees.

After
Sending the Invitations

Postponement is allowed with an additional fee of 30% of the total invoice amount for one time only.

One Week
Before the Event Date

Postponement is allowed with an additional fee of 50% of the total invoice amount for one time only.

- This policy applies to all packages of the electronic invitation management service and additional services of all types.
