Cancellation Policy
In case the customer wishes to cancel the service, the refund of amounts depends on the following cases:
Before
Sending the Invitations
  • 10% will be deducted from the total invoice amount.
  • In addition to deducting the value of all services provided to the client.
  • After
    Sending the Invitations
  • 50% will be deducted from the total invoice amount.
  • One Week
    Before the Event Date
  • No refund will be made from the invoice amount.
  • Postponement Policy
    In case the customer wishes to postpone the event, the calculation of additional fees depends on the following cases:
    Before
    Sending the Invitations
  • Postponement is allowed without any additional fees.
  • After
    Sending the Invitations
  • Postponement is allowed with an additional fee of 30% of the total invoice amount for one time only.
  • One Week
    Before the Event Date
  • Postponement is allowed with an additional fee of 50% of the total invoice amount for one time only.
    • Note - This policy applies to all packages of the electronic invitation management service and additional services of all types.
